We provide experience. We provide quality service. We build on time. We build on budget. We care about our work. We believe the best measure of success is additional business from our clients and we continue to add new clients not only from referrals but from our reputation as well.

Oak Construction History

Carlos Medrano founded Oak Construction Company, Inc. in 1979. Medrano chose the oak tree as his company’s namesake — a symbol of strength, durability, and longevity— all characteristics of Oak Construction, then and now.

In its early years, Oak Construction developed a working relationship with Publix Supermarkets. By providing superior construction at a fair price and on time, Oak’s trusted relationship with Publix continues today. Since 1979, Publix has entrusted Oak Construction with both new construction projects and many renovation projects.

Today, Oak Construction is well known for its reputation of quality construction and outstanding customer service. In addition to Publix Super Markets, Oak has completed new construction and renovation projects throughout South Florida for companies such as Aldi Food Markets, CVS Pharmacies, Whole Foods, Boo’s Development, Dacar Management, Janoura Realty, Paradise Development, Doris’ Italian Market, Milam’s Market, Winn Dixie Stores, Orange Theory Fitness, O’Reilly Auto Parts, La Brasa Rotisserie, and more.

A Tradition Of Lasting Relationships

All of these clients first contacted Oak Construction because of the recommendations of companies and developers that have previously worked with us. Moreover, upon completion of the original projects for these companies, all have entrusted Oak Construction with additional projects based upon their satisfaction with our performance. We fully understand the importance of our reputation and view every project as an opportunity for future business, continuing to provide our clients with a level of service and attention to detail that is rarely seen.
